This course will introduce participants to the application of resilience theory for schools and to the seven ‘learnable’ skills of resilience.

Course Description

Boosting resilience can inoculate against depression and other mental illnesses and build self-confidence and achievement.  It will explore school based intervention programmes designed to increase resilience in children and young people.
